Baby Girl, starring Nivin Pauly in the lead, is set to make a swift transition to OTT following its theatrical release earlier this year. The Malayalam thriller, which hit cinemas on January 23, 2026, will begin streaming online just 20 days after its big-screen debut.

The film will premiere on SonyLIV from February 12, 2026. The streaming platform confirmed the release through its official social media handle, describing the film as a tense, layered mystery.

What is Baby Girl about?
Baby Girl revolves around Sanal Mathew, a medical attendant whose life spirals when a newborn baby goes missing from the hospital where he works. As suspicion begins to close in on him, Sanal appears to subtly manipulate the investigation, leading the police down unexpected paths.
The film plays with ambiguity, constantly questioning Sanal’s innocence. Is he a victim of circumstance, or is there a darker truth behind his calm exterior? The mystery unfolds as the narrative probes what really happened to the missing baby girl.

Directed by Arun Varma, Baby Girl is produced by Listin Stephen under the Magic Frames banner. The screenplay is written by the acclaimed duo Bobby–Sanjay. Cinematography is handled by Faiz Siddik, with editing by Shyjith Kumaran.
