Punjabi singer and actor Ammy Virk was reportedly caught up in a shooting incident in Canada shortly after his concert in Abbotsford, British Columbia, on Saturday, September 5. Reportedly, a vehicle linked to the singer’s convoy was targeted in what police are treating as a potentially targeted shooting. No injuries have been reported so far. As reported by Voice Online, police said that a vehicle travelling in the 2500-block of McCallum Road was fired upon by occupants of a dark-coloured SUV. Multiple shots were fired at the targeted vehicle.

Neha Kakkar has hit back at criticism that singing reality shows such as Indian Idol are scripted, arguing that the emotions and personal struggles seen on the show cannot simply be manufactured for television. Earlier, Sunidhi Chauhan had claimed that reality shows today are fake, unlike in the past when there was little to no drama and the performances audiences heard were the same as those delivered on stage. When asked about her comment during an event, Neha defended music reality shows, saying they aren’t scripted. She then said, “Angoor khatte hain,” a remark that many netizens interpreted as a veiled dig at Sunidhi.

In the recent episode of Bigg Boss 20, Yung DSA made a reference to ‘Badshah’ while talking to Isha Rikhi. Unaware that Isha was previously married to the singer-rapper Badshah, Yung asked Isha ‘Badshah nahi hai tumhara bhai?’ While Yung was calling himself ‘Badshah’, which means a ‘king’, Isha told him about her connection to the singer Badshah. “Bas yeh hi nahi bola karo, baaki sab theek hai (Just do not say this, rest everything is fine),” Isha told Yung before informing him that Badshah was her ‘ex’. Yung expressed surprise, and claimed that he had been unaware of their relationship.
