Anne Hathaway, Dua Lipa, Lisa Lead The Charge At BVLGARI Serpenti Infinito Event

New York is seeing an influx of fashionistas, celebrities, stylists and designers descending on the city, and that can only mean one thing – the start of New York Fashion Week (NYFW). With designers showcasing their Spring/Summer 2027 looks, the fashion week, one of 4 that happen across the world, will begin on Thursday, September 10, and will continue through September 15.

Like every year, the fashion week had a few brands that had early off-calendar shows, which happened on Wednesday, September 9. One of these brands was Bvlgari.

The brand put together the Serpenti Infinito event – a major public art activation and fashion-week celebration that highlights its iconic snake motif. The free, public pop-up installation runs from September 10 to September 20,

2026. The high-end jewellery brand commissioned a pneumatic, monumental golden sculpture named auruBOROS, created by the Berlin-based duo Plastique Fantastique.

At the event were Bvlgari ambassadors, including actors Anne Hathaway, newly married singer Dua Lipa, K-pop idol Lisa and others. Here’s a look at the exciting lineup:

Anne Hathaway

The heavily pregnant actor, who has had a jam-packed year with several movie releases that have also done well at the box office. For the event, Anne Hathaway wore an Alexander McQueen Draped Silk Maxi Dress in a soft lilac. The strapless design was gathered across the bust and fell loosely over her bump, which she cradled as she walked. She complemented the gown with dazzling jewellery from Bulgari. Around her wrist, she wore the iconic Bulgari Serpenti diamond bracelet featuring glittering gems and green emerald eyes. She added a matching diamond necklace featuring a rich dark gemstone pendant.

Lisa 

The Bvlgari ambassador, Lisa, a singer for the K-pop idol group BLACKPINK, turned up to the Serpenti Infinito event in a black thigh-high slit gown. The striking combination of her gown with delicate lace and sleek black fabric was a head-turner. Her structured corset-style bodice featured intricate floral lace panels that created a sheer, lingerie-inspired effect. The off-shoulder neckline adds a sultry touch, while the long lace sleeves bring an element of old-world glamour to the otherwise contemporary silhouette. Black pointed-toe pumps complete the look, keeping the footwear understated while allowing the elaborate corset and flowing skirt to remain the focus.

Dua Lipa

The newly married singer, who was on vacation, turned up in the city for this special event. She was seen on her own and created a fashion moment, even though her look was relatively simpler than the rest of the posse. Dua Lipa wore a pair of high-waisted black trousers and added an embellished corset-style camisole. The champagne-toned bodice was adorned with shimmering embroidery, metallic detailing and floral-inspired embellishments. Pointed black heels sharpen the look further. She finishes the outfit with layered statement necklaces, stacked bracelets and delicate earrings, giving the minimalist black-and-gold palette an elevated touch.
