Actress Priyanka Chopra’s mother, Madhu Chopra, has reacted to the ongoing controversy around Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon’s dressing in a recent festive jewellery advertisement. On Thursday, Madhu Chopra attended an event where she spoke with the media. She told the media on the sidelines of the event, “There has to be certain boundaries. My body, my choice works in those boundaries. It is good to do it.”

Actress Dia Mirza has recalled how she had to “strip bare” in front of “hundreds of men” for the shoot of the song Mujhe Tumse Mohabbat Hai. She mentioned she was initially hesitant as she didn’t feel confident in her body. However, Dia found the experience to be quite liberating. The song was shot with Emraan Hashmi for their 2004 film, Tumsa Nahin Dekha.

The Bangladeshi national arrested for allegedly stabbing actor Saif Ali Khan at his residence in Bandra in January 2025 approached a court here on Friday and sought to plead guilty in the case. Mohammad Shariful Islam, arrested two days after the incident, is currently in judicial custody.
