Formula 1’s off-season isn’t just about driver moves and technical whispers; it’s also peak time for brand refreshes.
With a major regulations overhaul coming in 2026, several teams have taken the opportunity
to update their identities before the lights go out again.
So far, four teams have rolled out logo changes, ranging from subtle tweaks to full heritage-inspired redesigns.
Haas: Toyota Takes Centre Stage
Haas has made the boldest statement so far, officially adding Toyota Gazoo Racing (TGR) to its logo as part of its new title partnership for 2026.
New Year. New Name. Let’s go get it @TOYOTA_GR 👊#HaasF1 #F1 pic.twitter.com/yH2e13jc2I

The updated badge places TGR front and centre, blending Toyota and Haas branding through a shared red, white and black colour scheme.
Red Bull: Blink and You’ll Miss It
Red Bull’s logo tweak is small, but telling.
As the team prepares for a massive technical shift with Red Bull Powertrains-Ford and a new era under team principal Laurent Mekies, the iconic “Red Bull” text now features a white outline.

The detail echoes historic Red Bull liveries like the RB6, sparking speculation that more visual changes could follow when the 2026 car is unveiled.
Mercedes: PETRONAS Steps Forward
Mercedes has opted for refinement over reinvention.

The updated logo places AMG and Mercedes branding above a clearer, more prominent PETRONAS identity, complete with a refreshed font — a nod to the importance of its long-standing title partner as the team enters a new rules cycle.
Williams: Back to the Roots
Williams has leaned into its heritage.
The familiar “W” has been replaced by a modern reimagining of Sir Frank Williams’ original 1977 ‘Forward W’ concept, while the team has also reverted its name from Williams Racing to Williams F1 Team.
Inspired by our past, confident about our future, and clear about our identity 👊
From January 2026, we will become Atlassian Williams F1 Team and unveil an all-new logo to go with it. Full details: https://t.co/62P78IV7gb pic.twitter.com/rKOX5UDDm8

Team principal James Vowles described the change as a bridge between past and future, as the squad prepares to compete under the name Atlassian Williams F1 Team.
With pre-season testing starting on 11 February and car launches already around the corner, it won’t be long before these refreshed identities hit the track.
