'I Was Confident, Did Not Care': Avika Gor Slams Those Trolling Her Wedding Look | Exclusive

‘Balika Vadhu’ fame actress Avika Gor recently tied the knot with her long-term boyfriend Milind Chandwani on the couple’s reality show, “Pati Patni Aur Panga.” While many welcomed her decision with open

arms as they witnessed their favourite star’s wedding closely, others not only slammed her decision but also questioned her choice of clothes. While chatting with News18 Showsha exclusively, both Avika and Milind slammed trolls and set the record straight.

Talking to us, Avika revealed that it was her idea to get married on TV. “When I told Milind, he said that my intentions were right, but people will criticise and say I did it for the money. At the end of the day, I knew my intentions were right, and he agreed—and that’s what matters. So, karo jise troll karna hai, karo,” she said.

Slamming trolls for questioning their life choices, Milind added, “Nowadays, tell me a wedding where there aren’t 50 photographers and people making reels—everyone is doing it. The difference is that she did it with better intentions.”

Wedding Look in Focus

Not only for her marriage on TV, but Avika faced harsh criticism for her wedding look. Reacting to dealing with the trolling, she set the record straight and stated, “Everything looked so perfect, so that’s what they’ll focus on. They just wanted this topic. Look, they don’t care, they just want to say something negative. But if it had been about Milind’s look, I might have felt a little bad, because I was the one who decided it. But I was very happy about how I was looking, and because I was confident, I didn’t care.”

Milind didn’t hold back and stated that he didn’t care what the world had to say, as Avika was looking absolutely gorgeous to him. “Seeing Avika’s look, I even cried, not once but thrice. And if I feel like that, I don’t give two rats’ asses about what people think. You can keep your opinion to yourself, but we are very happy.”

Avika and Milind got married on Pati Patni Aur Panga on September 30, 2025, though the episode is yet to be aired. The couple’s wedding was held in a traditional setup on the show’s sets, attended by fellow contestants and close family members.
