What Ranabaali Is About

Set in the 19th century, Ranabaali draws inspiration from real historical events that unfolded between 1854 and 1878. The film positions itself as a large-scale action drama rooted in resistance against colonial oppression.

Rashmika Mandanna plays Jayamma, a pivotal character whose role is expected to be emotionally grounded and historically significant. International actor Arnold Vosloo essays the role of Sir Theodore Hector, adding global heft to the narrative’s colonial backdrop.

Production Details And Release Plans

Ranabaali is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers and is presented by T-Series. Designed as a multilingual release, the film will hit theatres in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
