New Delhi, Jul 27 (PTI) India Gold Metaverse has raised around Rs 300 crore through a private equity placement to accelerate the development of its technology platform.
The transaction, which included a secondary placement, was advised by investment bank Pantomath Group, according to a statement.
The fundraise saw participation from investors, including Ashish Kacholia, Jagdish Master Family Office, Waaree Family Office, Ravi Sheth Family Office, and Anuj Sheth Family Office.
The company said primary proceeds will be used for technology development, product commercialisation, ecosystem expansion, strategic partnerships, regulatory initiatives, and team expansion.

Pantomath Group’s Chairman and Managing Director Mahavir Lunawat said the participation of marquee investors reflects confidence in both the scale of the opportunity and the leadership team’s ability to execute a long-term vision.
