Aster DM Healthcare Q2 Results: Aster DM Healthcare has reported a 13 per cent year-on-year rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 110 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025. Its revenue
during July-September 2025 increased to Rs 1,197 crore, which is 10.22 per cent higher as compared with Rs 1,086 crore in the year-ago period.
The healthcare firm had reported a net profit of Rs 97 crore for the July-September period of last fiscal.
Azad Moopen, founder and chairman of Aster DM Healthcare, said the company delivered a steady performance in the second quarter despite a lower incidence of seasonal illnesses.
“We have made progress on the merger with Quality Care India Ltd. with stock exchange no-objection letters now received. The combined platform will create one of India’s most integrated and scalable healthcare networks, with complementary cluster strengths and enhanced clinical depth,” he added.
Shares of Aster DM Healthcare were on Friday trading higher by 1.13% at Rs 695 apiece on the NSE, as of 1:45 pm.
