Jaipur, Jun 14 (PTI) Light to moderate rainfall accompanied by thunder and lightning was recorded at a few places in eastern Rajasthan during the last 24 hours, while light rain occurred at isolated locations in the western part of the state.
No heatwave conditions were reported anywhere in the state during the period, according to met deparment.
The highest rainfall of 44 mm was recorded in Chomu town in Jaipur district.
Phalodi was the hottest place in the state, recording a maximum temperature of 42.8 degrees Celsius. It also registered the highest minimum temperature at 30.8 degrees Celsius.
The lowest minimum temperature in the state was recorded at Sirohi, where the mercury settled at 22.6 degrees Celsius, the department said. PTI SDA SHS
