New Delhi, May 7 (PTI) Realty firm NeoLiv has sold all 285 residential plots in its housing project at Faridabad, Haryana for Rs 1,251 crore on strong demand.
In a statement on Thursday, the company said it has achieved sales of Rs 1,251 crores for its luxury plotted township NeoLiv Golf One, in Faridabad.
“The entire launch inventory was sold out within just six hours of launch,” the company claimed.
The company launched 285 plots in a price range of Rs 2.88 crore to Rs 9.94 crore.
This 47-acre project is being developed through a development management contract with a strong regional player.
The project achieved a price of Rs 2,37,436 per sq metre (Rs 2 lakh Per Square yard).
