New Delhi, Jul 7 (PTI) Stainless steel player PS Raj Steels has increased its annual manufacturing capacity by 10 per cent to 14,800 tonnes in FY26, a company official said.
Its manufacturing capacity was 13,460 tonnes at the end of the preceding 2024-25 financial year.
“We have made multi-crore investments to build this capacity,” the company’s Managing Director Deepak Gupta said, without sharing details.
Going forward, there are plans to add more capacity to produce new grades in the future to cater to new industries, mainly automobiles, he said.
Gupta also announced plans to split the company’s stock 1:5 ratio. One equity share of face value Rs 10 to be subdivided into five equity shares of face value Rs 2 each.
“The shareholders have approved
the resolutions placed before the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026,” he said.
The sub-division is intended to enhance liquidity in the company’s equity shares and make them more affordable, thereby encouraging wider participation by retail investors.
PS Raj Steels manufactures stainless pipes of various grades at its facility in Hisar, Haryana.
These pipes are used across fabrication, heat exchangers, rice and sugar plants, and railways, among others. PTI ABI ABI BAL BAL
