The scale of the initiative is equally impressive. From thousands of participants across districts, 60 standout athletes will receive five-year residential scholarships. These selected players will also get an unprecedented opportunity on December 14: a once-in-a-lifetime training session at a special football clinic led by Lionel Messi.
