Jr NTR is celebrating his birthday today, and he has treated fans with the first glimpse of his upcoming film Dragon. Actor Allu Arjun shared a heartfelt and energetic wish for him. The message quickly went viral, with fans celebrating the camaraderie between the two actors.

Allu Arjun took to his X handle and wished Jr NTR happy birthday. He wrote, “Many happy returns of the day Bava @tarak9999 ! May you have abundant prosperity, peace & love. This time it ain’t tiger It’s DRAGON Roaring fire every shot.” The Dragon glimpse, which was released ahead of Jr NTR’s birthday celebrations, has already taken social media by storm.

Fans have been particularly impressed by the intense introduction of Jr NTR’s character, Luger, who is introduced as the Assassin-in-Chief of the Afghan Trading Company. The first glimpse of Dragon offers audiences a powerful look at Jr NTR in one of his darkest and most intense avatars yet. Directed by Prashanth Neel, the action epic is slated for a worldwide release on June 11, 2027.

Apart from Jr NTR, the film also stars Anil Kapoor, Biju Menon, Rukmini Vasanth, Khushbu Sundar, Guru Somasundaram, Rajeev Kanakala, Ashutosh Rana, Anshuman Pushkar, Sidhant Gupta, Prabhas Srinu, Shatru, Shiva, bhimal Jeet Oberoi, Ntuthuzelo prince Grootboom, Aleksandr Mizev, Benedict Paul Garrett. Directed by Prashanth Neel, this film is made under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts. The film is set to release in 5 languages.

Allu Arjun’s work front

The Icon Star is currently busy working on Atlee’s upcoming thriller Raaka, which will star him opposite Deepika Padukone. Now, as the shoot schedule intensifies, reports suggest that the actor is planning to move to Mumbai for the next two to three years to focus on the movie and avoid constant travel fully. While Raaka requires excessive focus and concentration, travelling back and forth can become a hurdle, and Allu Arjun is not ready to take that challenge. As per a report in the Free Press Journal, to avoid getting exhausted from frequent travel, the actor has decided to stay in Mumbai for the next two to three years to fully dedicate himself to his next film.

Apart from Allu Arjun and Deepika Padukone, the film is also expected to feature several prominent actors in key roles. Reports suggest that Mrunal Thakur, Rashmika Mandanna, and Janhvi Kapoor will be seen playing pivotal characters in the project.

Meanwhile, speculation had recently surfaced that Shah Rukh Khan would unveil the film’s teaser during a virtual event attended by Atlee, Allu Arjun, and Deepika Padukone. However, the same report clarified that such plans are currently untrue, and no such event has been scheduled.
