The trailer for the new romance drama Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri has finally been released, and it is already generating a lot of buzz online. The teaser for the film, which stars Kartik Aaryan

and Ananya Panday, promises a refreshing blend of love, laughter, and emotional turbulence. The film also has big dance numbers and lively music and what caught many people’s eyes was Ananya and Kartik recreating Priyanka Chopra’s Desi Girl hook step.

As per a report by Times Now, in the Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri trailer, Kartik and Ananya are seen doing a similar thing. The brief peek of the unreleased music hinted at a recreation of Priyanka’s classic song from Dostana, which was produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, which is also behind Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. Ananya is dressed in a black and gold saree, while Kartik wears a black suit. Ananya and Kartik take the stage in the new party anthem for 2025 and early 2026, surrounded by several dancers.

Tu Meri Main Tera Tu Meri is directed by Sameer Vidwans, who previously worked with Kartik on Satyaprem Ki Katha.

In terms of the film’s theme, Ananya at an event said that she is a strongly family-oriented individual who prioritises long-term relationships over transient interactions. She highlighted that love, for her, extends beyond romance and is inextricably linked to the concept of togetherness and shared experiences.

The film is produced by Dharma Productions and Namah Pictures, with Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Shareen Mantri Kedia, Kishor Arora, and Bhumika Tewari serving as producers. Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri is set to be released in theatres on December 25, which coincides with Christmas. In addition to the lead pair, the film features Neena Gupta, Jackie Shroff and Tiku Talsania in supporting roles.
