As thousands of travellers continue to face major delays due to IndiGo’s ongoing operational crisis, one stranded passenger at Mumbai airport decided to brighten the mood in an unexpected way. Instead
of waiting in frustration, singer Zayn Raza picked up his guitar and turned the terminal into what he jokingly called a “live concert”.
Raza shared a video on Instagram showing himself seated among other weary passengers, singing the popular 2000s Hindi track ‘Woh Lamhe’. People around him, sitting near their luggage, can be seen listening quietly, some smiling and recording the moment on their phones.
Explaining the scene in a light-hearted caption, he wrote: “Flight delay tha… toh live concert shuru kar diya. IndiGo ne delay diya, maine melody diya. Mumbai to Patna became Mumbai to Pata Nahi Kab Jayenge.”

The clip quickly spread across social media, drawing praise for the singer’s attempt to ease tension during a chaotic travel day.
One user commented, “Such a mood changer for everyone around in that chaos… music always does its wonders.”
Another wrote, “Thank god at least in this chaotic situation we had someone sensible… you did a great job diverting their mind.”
A third viewer added, “Only a true artist can think of something like this! That’s why they are called Artists of Life.”
Others appreciated the positivity he brought, saying, “We still have people who think rationally and with positivity in situations beyond human control.”
The heartwarming video surfaced at a time when IndiGo continues to face one of its largest disruptions in recent years. The airline has cancelled hundreds of flights over the past few days, including more than 1000 on Friday alone.
