‘The Care Will Never Go’: Dhanashree Verma Tears Up While Talking About Yuzvendra Chahal

Choreographer Dhanashree Verma is currently seen on the reality show Rise And Fall hosted by Ahsneer Grover. In a recent episode, she got emotional and teared up while talking to her co-contestant Arjun

Bijlani about her ex-husband and cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal. During the conversation, she admitted that she will always be concerned about Chahal, and that the care will never go away just because their marriage has ended.

Dhanashree Verma Says Yuzvendra Chahal Wanted To Get Married Without Dating

On Rise And Fall, Dhanashree was seen having a conversation with Arjun Bijlani about her marriage with Yuzvendra. Arjun asked her whether she had a love marriage or arranged. She replied, “Love, arranged both. Started off as arranged. So basically, he was wanting to get married without dating. Mera koi plans bhi nahi tha. (I had no such plans).” When asked what convinced her, she replied, “The amount of love that was poured in the whole process. In August we did roka, and in December we got married. Usmein bhi I travelled with him. We stayed together. Thoda thoda mujhe aisa tha, like I could see certain changes.” Dhanashree shared that she had started noticing certain changes, saying she could sense a shift in their relationship after marriage.

She further said, “My problem is that I love giving chances.” When asked who decided to get divorced, she revealed it was her decision and that she has no regrets about it. “Which is why I took my time. Mere side se I will try everything and give my 100 percent,” she said.

Dhanashree Verma Says She Will Always Care For Yuzvendra Chahal

Arjun Bijlani said, “I met him personally. He seems to be like a great guy and doesn’t speak much. But there was nobody else who was kind of fuelling this, na? That was never the problem, right?” She simply replied, “We will talk about that later.” The actor then asked, “Do you think you all can ever be friends?” to which Dhanashree replied: “I will always be concerned. Itna toh main keh sakti hu. (I can say that much). That care will never go. From my side.”

Dhanashree Verma Gets Emotional

Arjun said, “Pata nahi. Because I have stayed with a woman for so long, toh mujhe lagta hai thodi aur koshish ho sakti hai. I am sure everybody has their own reasons. (I don’t know. Because I’ve been with a woman for so long, I feel a little more effort could have been made. But I’m sure everyone has their own reasons).” Dhanashree smiled at the remark but soon turned emotional, overwhelmed by the conversation. Arjun Bijlani gave her a comforting hug.

Earlier on the show, Dhanashree made a shocking allegation, claiming that she caught her ex-husband cheating just two months into their marriage. Dhanashree and Yuzvendra, who tied the knot in 2020, officially got divorced in March this year.
