Amid reports that Shah Rukh Khan’s next film, King, might get delayed, the Bollywood superstar has now confirmed that it is not the case. On Tuesday, SRK conducted an ‘Ask Me Anything’ session on X (formerly Twitter) when he revealed that King is not getting postponed and will hit theatres as scheduled, i.e. on December 24, 2026.

Salman Khan’s fan will have to wait a tad bit more for his upcoming war drama Maatrubhumi. According to reports, the film was supposed to be screened by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) next week. However, the body hasn’t given any update yet, hence, there has been no progress.

Amitabh Bachchan has decided to use his property in Ayodhya for a project dedicated to his late father, poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan. Big B has applied to the Ayodhya Development Authority (ADA) for permission to build a dharamshala in his father’s memory. The proposed facility will have more than 20 rooms and will come up along Dashrath Path, within The Sarayu project.

Rajpal Yadav got some temporary relief from the Supreme Court in his long-running cheque-bounce cases on Tuesday, September 15. The court gave the actor two weeks to come up with a concrete plan to clear his outstanding dues and directed him to deposit Rs 2 crore with the court registry. The bench, headed by Chief Justice Surya Kant and comprising Justices Joymalya Bagchi and V Mohana, also extended his exemption from surrendering until October 5, when the matter will be heard again.
