Farah Khan’s YouTube vlogs have quickly become fan favorites, thanks to her witty banter and the surprise star of the show — her cook, Dilip. In the latest episode, Dilip left viewers in splits by donning a hilarious disguise as actor Chunky Panday’s iconic Housefull character, Aakhri Pasta.
Dilip Becomes ‘Pehla Pasta’
Dilip went all out for the gag. Wearing a wig he claimed was borrowed from Farah’s husband Shirish Kunder, a fake moustache, and an oversized hat, he proudly introduced himself as “Pehla Pasta.” Staying true to his role, he peppered the vlog with Chunky’s signature lines like “Mamma mia” and “I am joking.” Farah, trying to keep a straight face, joked, “I can’t figure out if this is entertaining or horrifying,” as Dilip’s antics
drew laughter all around.
Farah’s Salary Prank and Chunky’s Counteroffer
The comedy continued when Farah teasingly told Dilip his salary was being raised to ₹1 lakh per month. Dilip’s eyes lit up with excitement, only for Farah to cheekily undercut it with, “I am joking.” Later, Chunky Panday himself entered the fun, pretending to lure Dilip away with promises of a bigger salary, a car, and even a house. But Dilip remained steadfast in his loyalty to Farah. Adding to the chaos, Chunky’s cook Mala hilariously chimed in, asking, “Mujhe kya diya? (What did you give me?).” Farah, exasperated, finally exclaimed, “What is this auction? I’ll get stuck in this!”
From Cook to Internet Star
What started as lighthearted cameos in Farah’s vlogs has turned Dilip into an unlikely internet sensation. Despite having no personal social media accounts, his appearances have made him so popular that brands have started featuring him in advertisements. In a previous vlog, he even gave viewers a tour of his six-bedroom bungalow in Bihar, complete with three floors. Joking about future plans, he said all that was missing was a swimming pool.
Dilip also shared that he began his career earning just ₹300 in Delhi before working his way up. Farah, never missing a chance for humor, teased him by saying, “Toh mere pass jab aaya tha toh seedha 20,000 se kyun chaalu kiya? (So when you came to me, why did you start directly with 20,000?).”
Dilip’s Rising Popularity
Whether he’s dressing up as “Pehla Pasta” or simply being himself, Dilip’s comic timing and authenticity have made him a standout personality. With each vlog, he proves that even a cook can become a social media darling — with a little help from Farah’s quirky sense of humor.
