Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (RJIL) has reinforced its leadership position in Delhi’s telecom market, emerging as the top performer in both voice and data services, according to the latest performance report released by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
As per the Delhi R7 Performance Report issued by the Delhi Regional Office on January 12, 2026, RJIL led key Voice Quality of Service indicators, including the highest Call Success Rate (CSSR) and the highest Mean Opinion Score (MOS), underscoring its superior speech quality across the national capital.
The company also recorded the lowest call drop rate among operators, with only marginal differences compared to competitors. RJIL ranked second in Call Setup Time (CST) and Call Drop
Rate (DCR), remaining closely aligned with the top performer in these metrics.
In the data segment, RJIL continued its dominance by delivering the highest average download speeds in Delhi, further strengthening its reputation as the preferred high-speed data network for consumers. The operator also secured second place in latency, highlighting strong overall network efficiency and reliability.
In September 2025, Jio added over 2 lakh new wireless customers and 32.49 lakh mobile subscribers. Reliance Jio took first place, adding 2,12,662 new wireline customers in September 2025, and 32,49,223 additional mobile subscribers in the month. Second on the list was state-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL), which added 5,24,014 additional mobile subscribers, but lost 3,110 wireline subs.
The TRAI findings reaffirm RJIL’s consistent performance across both voice and data services, positioning the company as a leading telecom service provider in Delhi’s highly competitive market.
