A string of cars zigzagging near the Dasna Toll Plaza in Ghaziabad has caught the attention of the internet. The display of reckless driving involved multiple vehicles with passengers leaning out of windows
and sunroofs.
The video of the incident was shared by the official X (formerly Twitter) account of the National Crime Investigation Bureau (NCIB). According to the agency, the incident took place as part of a wedding procession travelling from Hapur to Delhi.
Ghaziabad Toll Plaza Dangerous Stunt In Full View
The procession involved over five to six cars, as shown in the viral video. Passengers were seen partially outside the vehicles, some through windows and others through the sunroof, while loud music played in the background. The taillights kept blinking as the cars moved towards the toll plaza.
The NCIB tagged the official accounts of UP and Ghaziabad police, urging them to take action: “All these stunt-performing vehicles of the procession appear as the very embodiment of the God of Death on the road. It is known that – Driving a vehicle on the road is not merely the right of the drivers but a primary responsibility. Driving in this manner would also be considered putting the lives of others in danger. Therefore, we request that you seize all the vehicles and take appropriate action against them. The numbers of all the vehicles are clearly visible in this video.”

Ghaziabad Cars Run Wild, Users Call Out Reckless Driving
As the video spread online, viewers expressed concern over the blatant disregard for road safety.
One user commented, “Whatever the situation is, public safety should always be the priority. Traffic police presence must be for smooth movement and the protection of commuters. Let’s ensure rules are followed for everyone’s benefit.”
Another stated, “How can such hooliganism happen within the city limits…police should act proactively.”
Some remarks were more sarcastic, such as, “Imagine living in a city with low AQI and low IQ folks.”
“Show-off is a part of North Indian culture & they can go to any extent to achieve it,” a person wrote.
An individual jokingly said, “Ye baraat nahi, Formula 1 ka practice session hai Dasna Toll pe. Car wale soch rahe honge ‘Aaj toh brake check kar ke hi shaadi rukwa denge’ (This is not a wedding procession, it’s a Formula 1 practice session at Dasna Toll. The car drivers must be thinking, ‘Today, we’ll test brakes to stop the wedding’).”
Other comments included: “Mad Max apocalypse vibes,” “They are speeding that who will die first” and “This disease is found only in our country.” One user even referenced the film Dhurandhar, asking, “Ghaziabad hai ya Lyari?” (Lyari is a town in Karachi, Pakistan).
