360 ONE Asset, co-investors infuse fresh capital in Rungta Greentech

New Delhi, Sep 8 (PTI) An AIF managed by Mumbai-based 360 One Asset, along with a group of co-investors, has infused fresh growth capital into Rungta Greentech, marking the company’s second round of investment.

The latest fundraise follows an earlier investment led by Ratnabali Group and other co-investors, according to a statement.

Rungta Greentech, a manufacturer of recycled and virgin plastic products, will use the capital to expand its food-grade recycled PET, recycled HDPE and PP, and textile-to-textile recycling businesses.

“The first round gave us the confidence to accelerate our journey, and this second round is a strong validation of the progress we have made and the opportunity ahead,” Deepak Rungta, Chairman and MD at Rungta Greentech,

said.

***** *NSE cautions investors against illegal trading, guaranteed-return schemes The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Tuesday cautioned investors against two unauthorised entities allegedly offering illegal trading and investment services.

In one advisory, the exchange said a person identified as “Nitin” was offering stock market tips, assured or guaranteed returns and account-handling services through a Telegram channel, while seeking investors’ login credentials.

The person is not registered with NSE, it said.

In another advisory, NSE cautioned against “Akhil Singh”, who was allegedly operating a Facebook group and website offering dabba or illegal trading services.

The person is not registered with the exchange, and a police complaint has been filed. The stock exchange cautioned and advised investors not to trade on such illegal trading platforms.

Participation in such prohibited schemes is at investors’ own risk, cost and consequences as such schemes are neither approved nor endorsed by the exchange, it said. PTI HG BAL BAL
