The spine-chilling world of IT: Welcome to Derry is all set to continue with its third episode arriving this weekend. Following a successful debut in late October, the prequel series exploring the origins

of Pennywise the Dancing Clown has quickly become one of HBO’s most talked-about horror releases.

According to Variety, the show attracted 5.7 million viewers within its first three days of release, making it one of the most-watched new titles on the platform this fall. The series, which delves into the terrifying mythology behind Stephen King’s infamous shapeshifting entity, has been praised for expanding the IT universe while maintaining its dark, unsettling tone.

Episode 3 of IT: Welcome to Derry is set to premiere on November 9, 2025, on HBO and Max at 9 PM ET/PT. After the initial two episodes, the show will now settle into its regular Sunday release pattern, with new episodes streaming weekly until the season finale on December 14, 2025.
