Raghav Juyal’s first film as a solo lead has finally arrived in cinemas, but its box office journey hasn’t begun on the strongest note. Bhai Tera Star Hai has registered a modest opening on Day 1, July 30, 2026. The film earned only Rs 25 lakh at the box office and mostly received negative reviews. It also suffered because of the clash with Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
As per Sacnilk, Bhai Tera Star Hai earned an estimated Rs 25 lakh on Day 1. The opening is far from encouraging, and with poor reviews and weak word of mouth, the film will be hoping for a turnaround over the weekend.

According to media reports, Bhai Tera Star Hai was
made on a budget of Rs 15–25 crore. Even if the lower estimate is considered, the film’s Rs 25 lakh opening is underwhelming. It ideally needed to open at around Rs 1 crore or more to get off to a stronger start.
Bhai Tera Star Hai follows an actor who loses money in a cricket betting racket and is given just one night to repay a dangerous gangster. However, a lie involving his sister sparks a series of misunderstandings, leading to a botched robbery, gangsters on his trail, police intervention and complete chaos across London as he races against time.
The films stars Raghav Juyal alongside Sanjay Kapoor and Niharika NM.
New18 Showsha gave the film 2.5 stars and wrote in its review, “Bhai Tera Star Hai feels like a missed opportunity for a genuinely funny entertainer. It has all the ingredients for a laugh riot but the writing rarely rises to the occasion. Raghav throws himself wholeheartedly into the madness but even his committed, scene-stealing performance cannot compensate for a screenplay that lacks the punch and edge.”
Meanwhile, earlier, in an exclusive interview with News18, Raghav Juyal had looked back at the last 16 years of his journey, saying that he always knew he’s in it for the long haul. “Main jo bolta hoon, woh hota hai. I wouldn’t call it manifestation but kaam karne ki power. When I said that I would become the best dancer, I became one,” he said.
“When I said that I would become the best host, I became one. And when I said that I would become the best actor, I became one. And now that I’m saying that I’ll become a superstar, I know that I’ll become a superstar. I can already feel that within me. Woh baad mein bahar reflect hoga. And it’s not my delusion that’s talking,” Raghav further continued.
The 750 scripts that came to him in 2024 bear a testament to his self-belief. “After Kill, I received some 750 scripts where I was the solo lead. I chose Bhai Tera Star Hai, Ikaai and a few others. I didn’t do any roles where I was the hero’s best friend after The Ba***ds Of Bollywood. I had already said no to those roles at an award show. And since I did that, no one got me those parts,” he remarked.
