Ankita Lokhande Remembers Sushant Singh Rajput, Shares Old Navratri Video From Pavitra Rishta

Ankita Lokhande often remembers Sushant Singh Rajput via her social media posts. Recently too, the actress took a trip down memory lane and shared an old video on her Instagram stories from her show ‘Pavitra Rishta’.

In the video, Ankita was seen alongside Sushant in what looked like a Navratri special episode. The two were seen dressed in traditional attire as they also held dandiya in their hands. Even though Ankita re-shared the clip on her Instagram stories, she did not write anything in the caption.

Ankita Lokhande and Sushant Singh Rajput played the roles of Archana and Manav respectively on Pavitra Rishta. The show and their chemistry was widely loved by all. The two also started to date while working on Ektaa Kapoor’s show, but parted

ways after 7 years of togetherness.

In 2024, when Pavitra Rishta marked 15 years, Ankita penned down a long note as she also remembered Sushant Singh Rajput. The actress recalled how SSR used to help her on sets and added that she will always be thankful to him. Ankita and Sushant worked together in Pavitra Rishta.

“15 years ago, I started my journey as Archana in Pavitra Rishta. Little did I know that even after years, I will continue to get so much love for my role, which has even become my identity. I sometimes feel I was destined to be Archana. I had her in me, and I continue to have her in me. She has taught me a lot about life,” Ankita wrote.

“My journey wouldn’t be complete if I didn’t have Sushant’s support. I didn’t even know how to act when I started Pavitra Rishta. He taught me, and I will always be thankful for him. The show started a new kind of storytelling,” she added.

Meanwhile, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai apartment in June 2020. After his death, Ankita married businessman Vicky Jain in December 2021.
