Priyanka Chopra’s Daughter Malti Sends ‘First Rakhi’ To Parineeti’s Son Neer: ‘Didi Loves You’

For Parineeti Chopra, this was an extra-special occasion as it marked her baby boy Neer’s first Rakhi celebration. The ‘Ishaqzaade’ actress gave fans a glimpse of her ten-month-old son Neer’s Raksha Bandhan celebration, revealing that her cousin Priyanka Chopra’s daughter Malti Marie sent him his first Rakhi all the way from the USA.

On Saturday, Parineeti Chopra took to her Instagram stories to share a little glimpse of her son Neer’s tiny hand with a rakhi tied around his wrist. It featured a vintage car design. Sharing the photo, Parineeti wrote, “Thank you Malti didi for my

first Rakhi! Lots of love, Neer.”

For the unversed, Parineeti and Raghav Chadha welcomed their first child, son Neer, on October 19, 2025. Soon after his birth, Priyanka and Nick Jonas sent lovely gifts for the newborn baby. Back then, Parineeti shared a photo of the goodies sent by her cousin, and wrote, “Neer getting spoilt already! Thank you Mimi masi, Nick masa and Malti didi.”

Priyanka Chopra lives in the US with her husband, Nick Jonas, and their four-year-old daughter, Malti Marie. Despite living abroad, she celebrates Indian festivals with great enthusiasm, from Diwali and Holi to Karwa Chauth and more.

On the work front, Parineeti is all set to return with a series titled ‘Talaash: A Mother’s Search.’ Directed by Renil D Silva, the series also features Soni Razdan, Anup Soni, Tahir Raj Bhasin and Sumeet Vyas. It will release on Netflix.

Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra is all set to return to Indian cinema with SS Rajamouli’s upcoming film ‘Varanasi’ which also stars Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran. It will release in April 2027.
