BTS leader Kim Namjoon, aka RM, once again turned to hosting duties. No, not at some awards show, but for a friend’s wedding. On Friday, October 10, the idol attended the wedding ceremony of famous photographer
Mok Jung Wook and took on the role of MC (master of ceremonies) for the event. Like always, he left everyone impressed with his wit and charm.
RM looked handsome in a tailored suit as he welcomed the guests at the wedding ceremony. He began with a hilarious introduction of himself. “I’m a South Korean young man, 32-year-old Kim Namjoon, who will be hosting today’s tea ceremony arranged by the bride and the groom,” he said. His lighthearted introduction made everyone giggle.
Even though it started to rain and guests had to stand under umbrellas for the rest of the ceremony, the K-pop idol continued his hosting duties without any complaints. Due to the unforeseeable weather, the ceremony was later moved indoors, where he smoothly carried on with his role. Guests praised RM for the way he naturally led the event.
RM Shares His Best Wishes For The Newlywed Couple
After Mok Jung Wook and his bride completed all their wedding traditions, RM shared a few heartfelt words for the newlywed couple. “They will live well, loving each other earnestly. I hope you will share good luck for their upcoming days as a married couple,” he said as he wished the best for the couple.
Following the wedding ceremony, RM also took to his Instagram stories and shared a few glimpses from the wedding. The first one featured his friend at the centre and the other guests around him. Sharing it, the BTS leader wrote, “Congratulations, Mok Jung Wook.” Following this, he posted a picture of himself, giving his fans a closer look at his outfit. RM wore a grey-coloured tailored suit with a white shirt and a grey tie, flaunting his blonde hair. He captioned it, “2nd round of hosting wedding ceremony.”
