Nora Fatehi is stepping onto one of American television’s biggest stages, and she’s taking her newest track along with her. The performer, who has been gearing up for a major global push, will make her first
appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, marking a significant milestone in her international journey.
Fatehi recently released her latest single What Do I Know, created in collaboration with Jamaican singer-rapper Shenseea. The two will perform the song together on Fallon’s show, a moment she announced through a new promotional poster shared online. Revealing the performance date, she wrote, “Catch us performing live for the first time on @fallontonight — our new song ‘What Do I Know’! @jimmyfallon.”

Speaking about the track earlier, Fatehi told IANS, “I’m so excited to finally share ‘What Do I Know (Just A Girl)’ with the world! This song marks the start of my pop-girl era, and diving into this new sound has been such an inspiring journey. Shenseea and I poured our hearts into every part of it — from recording the vocals to nailing the choreography for the music video. I couldn’t be prouder of what we created together!”
Shenseea echoed the excitement, saying, “This song and video were such a blast to make! You can really feel how much fun we had bringing this track to life. Working with Nora was such a treat, and I know our fans are going to love it!”
What Do I Know (Just a Girl) is written by Grammy-nominated songwriter Justin Tranter, known for shaping major pop hits. The single also marks the first official release from Anjula Acharia’s 5 Junction Records, in partnership with Warner Records, positioning Fatehi’s new era with notable industry backing.
Meanwhile, Nora Fatehi recently strongly pushed back against reports claiming she was associated with drug-fuelled rave parties allegedly organised by a Mumbai-based trafficker, an event that media reports linked to individuals connected to Dawood Ibrahim. The actor addressed the speculation directly on Instagram, calling the claims baseless and labelling herself an “easy target.”
The controversy began after some outlets suggested her involvement with parties arranged by the trafficker. Responding to the allegations, Fatehi posted a detailed note on her Instagram Stories, making it clear she keeps away from such gatherings.
“I don’t go to Parties.. I’m constantly on flights.. I’m a workaholic, I don’t have a personal life.. I don’t associate myself with people like that. And on my off days I’m at home on a beach in Dubai or with my high school friends! I spend my entire days and nights working on my dreams and goals!” she wrote.
She went on to urge followers not to take the circulating claims at face value. “Don’t believe anything you read! It seems like my name is an easy target! But I won’t allow it to happen this time! It happened once before, you guys tried to destroy me with LIES, and it didn’t work. I watched silently as everyone tried their best to slander my name, smear my reputation and use me as clickbait!”
Nora concluded her note with a request not to use her name and image with associated news. “Please refrain from using my name and image on situations that have absolutely NOTHING to do with me! This will come with a heavy, heavy price!”
