The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) has extended the registration deadline for the Computer-Based Test (CBT) for the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC – Undergraduate) recruitment 2025. The last
date to apply has been extended till December 4. Earlier, it was November 27. The fees can be paid by December 6.
As per the official notification, candidates must carry their Aadhaar card to the examination centre since biometric verification will be done using Aadhaar details. Those who are yet to apply and have not yet linked or authenticated their Aadhaar can complete the process on the official website – rrbapply.gov.in.

RRB NTPC UG CBT 2 Exam 2025: How To Apply?
Step 1: Visit the official website rrbcd.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on “CEN 06/2024 NTPC – Undergraduate”.
Step 3: Then, click on “CBT 2 Registration Link”.
Step 4: Enter the required details.
Step 5: Download and save it for future reference.
The notification was released on October 28. In the NTPC UG results released on November 21, 51,979 candidates were shortlisted for the second phase of the exam. The RRB NTPC UG exam is slated to be held in December 20. The city intimation slip for the exam will be made available around 10 days before the test, likely on December 9 or 10. The admit card will be issued four days prior to the exam date.
This recruitment cycle aims to fill 3,058 vacancies for the RRB NTPC UG exam, which stands for Non-Technical Popular Categories. It is conducted by the Railway Recruitment Boards to appoint candidates to clerical and administrative posts in the Indian Railways.
