Three people have been arrested in Delhi for raising slogans and making graffiti at the behest of Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. They are accused of painting offensive slogans and graffiti at Delhi’s Singhu Border, according to police.
The Delhi Police said that Pannun, the chief of the banned Sikhs For Justice (SFJ), had claimed responsibility for the action in a post on X, according to the news agency ANI.

The Special Cell of the police has registered a First Information Report (FIR) and initiated an investigation into the matter. Investigators obtained leads about the accused from CCTV footage recorded at the Singhhu Border.
The car used by the accused has also been seized, according to the police.
Pannun is designated as an individual terrorist by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs.
The incident unfolds as the 18th BRICS Summit is underway at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The two-day summit began on Saturday, September 12.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chinese President Xi Jinping, Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi are among the key leaders attending.
