Sharvari and Sunny Kaushal were often regarded as one of Bollywood’s most-loved low-key couples. While neither of them ever spoke extensively about their relationship in public, the two were frequently spotted together and were believed to have grown close after working on Kabir Khan’s The Forgotten Army – Azaadi Ke Liye (2020). However, according to recent reports, the actors have reportedly parted ways after several years of dating. While neither Sharvari nor Sunny has addressed the speculation, a fresh report has now shed light on what may have led to their breakup.
However, according to multiple media reports, Sharvari and Sunny Kaushal, once regarded as one of Bollywood’s most loved low-key couples, reportedly went their separate ways in 2025.
While neither actor has publicly confirmed the breakup, fresh reports suggest that differences stemming from their evolving career trajectories may have played a role in the split. With Sharvari’s star rising rapidly in recent years and Sunny still awaiting a major breakthrough, it is being said that the growing disparity in their professional journeys may have created distance between the two.
According to a report by Free Press Journal, Sharvari’s rising fame and increasingly busy professional commitments may have contributed to the distance in her relationship with Sunny, who is known for films like Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga, Shiddat and Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba. The report claimed that as her career gained momentum and she landed bigger projects, the couple gradually grew apart, eventually deciding to part ways. A source told the portal, “Sharvari is more famous than Sunny today. So, it kind of made things awkward between the two. And, it is one of the reasons that got them to go their separate ways in 2025.” Neither Sharvari nor Sunny Kaushal has publicly addressed the reported reasons behind their alleged split.
Meanwhile, amid the breakup reports, speculation has also linked Sharvari to her Main Vaapas Aaunga co-star Vedang Raina, who was earlier dating Khushi Kapoor. However, both actors have maintained that they share a close friendship and have not indicated that there is anything more to their relationship.
On the work front, Sharvari is currently winning praise for her performance in Imtiaz Ali’s Main Vaapas Aaunga. Next, she has YRF’s Alpha alongside Alia Bhatt, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol. The film is set to hit theatres on July 3.
