Ponni Sugars (Erode) Q2 profit rises 26 pc to Rs 14.56 cr

Delhi, Oct 24 (PTI) Ponni Sugars (Erode) Ltd on Friday reported a 26 per cent increase in its net profit to Rs 14.56 crore for the second quarter of this fiscal.

Its profit stood at Rs 11.53 crore in the year-ago period.

The total income of the Chennai-based company rose to Rs 114.71 crore during the July-September period of this fiscal from Rs 98.10 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding financial year, according to a regulatory filing. PTI MJH MJH BAL BAL
