Mumbai, May 13 (PTI) Gujarat-based Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Ltd (RPEL) on Wednesday reported a nearly 60 per cent jump in profit after tax to Rs 17.03 crore in the March quarter on the back of a double-digit growth in revenue.
The company had reported a PAT (profit after tax) of Rs 10.71 crore in the year-ago period, according to a statement.
Consolidated revenue of Rs 256.29 crore in the fourth quarter of FY26 was up 26 per cent compared to Rs 203.11 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal.
For the full 2025-26 fiscal, consolidated revenue rose by over 20 per cent to Rs 1,078.41 crore against Rs 895.53 crore in FY25.
Net profit for the full fiscal year was up by 37 per cent at Rs 64.30 crore against Rs 46.82 crore in FY25. EBITDA
(earnings before interest, taxes and amortisation) stood at Rs 121.88 crore with a margin of 29.08 per cent.
The company said new product additions and customer wins during the year strengthened relationships with marquee original equipment makers (OEMs) across automotive, infrastructure and industrial segments.
As part of its expansion into high-tech advanced materials, the company is investing Rs 360 crore over the next two years to set up India’s first fully integrated Copper Clad Laminate plant in Gujarat under the PLI scheme for electronics, RPEL said. PTI IAS HVA
