Kareena Kapoor Khan is on cloud nine as she recently met legendary lyricist Gulzar. On Thursday, the Bollywood diva took to her Instagram handle and dropped a series of photos in which she was seen meeting the lyricist. In the pictures, Gulzar was seen on the sets of Kareena Kapoor’s upcoming movie, which is being directed by his daughter Meghna Gulzar.

Sharing the photos, Kareena wrote, “One for the books Meeting Gulzar saab chalo for me sab kuch ho gaya (Meeting Gulzar Sir is everything for me)”. Check it out here:

It was earlier today when Kareena announced that she has begun shooting for Meghna Gulzar’s directorial, titled Daayra. She took to social media to share the news, posting a behind-the-scenes

video that offers a sneak peek into the team’s preparations over the past few months. She revealed that it marks the first day of shooting for her 68th film and asked her fans for their love and blessings.

The video clip also included several glimpses of the team’s prep for Daayra. Kareena was seen reading the script in one glimpse, while another shows Prithviraj Sukumaran in character, dressed in a police uniform. The video also showed veteran lyricist and poet Gulzar on the sets of Daayra, warmly interacting with Prithviraj and other team members.
