Pranav Constructions IPO Last Day: Should You Apply? GMP At 35%; Check Subscription Status, Lot Size

Pranav Constructions IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of Pranav Constructions Ltd is witnessing its final day of bidding today, September 9. So far, the public issue has been subscribed 19.13 times. The Rs 351.03-crore IPO, which opened for subscription on September 7, will close today, September 9.

The company’s shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and the NSE on Tuesday, September 15.

According to NSE data, the IPO received bids for 41,15,88,240 shares against 2,15,14,446 shares on offer, translating into an overall subscription of 19.13 times till the second day of bidding on Tuesday. The QIB portion was subscribed by 1.04 times, while the retail investor category was booked by 16.66x. The NII category received a subscription of 45.85

times.

Pranav Constructions IPO Price Band and Lot Size

Pranav Constructions has fixed the IPO price band in the range of Rs 118 to Rs 124 per share. Investors can apply for a minimum of one lot comprising 120 shares, requiring an investment of Rs 14,880.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue worth Rs 315.6 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 28.5 lakh equity shares worth Rs 35.43 crore by investor shareholder BioUrja India Infra.

Pranav Constructions Ltd on Friday raised Rs 84.24 crore from anchor investors.

Pranav Constructions IPO GMP Today

According to market observers, unlisted shares of Pranav Constructions Ltd were commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of Rs 43 per share on Tuesday.

Based on the upper IPO price of Rs 124, the GMP indicates a potential listing price of around Rs 167 per share, which is a 34.68 per cent listing gain. However, investors should note that the grey market is unofficial and GMP keeps changing based on investor sentiments.

Pranav Constructions IPO: Should I Subscribe?

Brokerages have largely recommended subscribing to the Pranav Constructions IPO, citing the company’s strong presence in Mumbai’s redevelopment market, healthy financial growth and asset-light business model.

Swastika Investmart said Pranav Constructions has delivered strong growth, with revenue and profit after tax (PAT) rising at a CAGR of around 30-34% between FY24 and FY26. Its EBITDA margin has also improved to 17.2%. At around 18.8-19.6 times price-to-earnings (P/E), the IPO valuation appears attractive compared with listed peers, it said, recommending investors subscribe for long-term gains and potential listing gains. However, it advised conservative investors to maintain prudent position sizing given the company’s geographic concentration, execution and regulatory risks.

SBI Securities also recommended subscribing for the long term, highlighting Pranav Constructions’ revenue, EBITDA and PAT CAGR of 30.5%, 49.5% and 34.2%, respectively, during FY24-FY26. The brokerage noted that the company’s return on capital employed (RoCE) and return on equity (RoE) stood at 25.1% and 28.9%, respectively. Its established brand helps it achieve around 60% pre-sales within the first year of project launches, supporting cash flows and capital efficiency.

The company has also reduced its borrowings significantly, with debt falling to Rs 236 crore as of July 2026. SBI Securities expects the post-issue debt-to-equity ratio to decline to around 0.3 times.

Anand Rathi Share and Stock Broking said the company offers differentiated exposure to Mumbai’s redevelopment market, supported by its asset-light model, established brand and execution track record. Its growing project pipeline and expansion into other MCGM regions provide visibility for future growth. However, the brokerage flagged risks from high geographic concentration, dependence on project approvals and execution, and the cyclical nature of real estate. It nevertheless considered the valuation reasonable and recommended subscribing for the long term.

BP Equities, KC Securities, Master Capital and Ventura have also assigned a ‘subscribe’ rating to the issue, citing the company’s strong financial performance, project pipeline, integrated execution model and favourable outlook for Mumbai’s redevelopment market.

Pranav Constructions reported revenue of Rs 763.93 crore and net profit of Rs 71.32 crore in FY26, compared with revenue of Rs 639.24 crore and net profit of Rs 62.25 crore in FY25. At the IPO price, the company commands a market capitalisation of around Rs 1,400 crore.
