Mumbai, Jul 30 (PTI) Kotak Investment Banking on Thursday announced a leadership transition under which Ramesh Srinivasan, presently serving as the managing director and chief executive, has been appointed as non-executive Vice Chairman of the board for a term of three years from August 1.
V Jayasankar and Sourav Mallik, who have been associated with the company for long, will be elevated as managing directors and co-CEOs, as per an official statement.
