Sajid Nadiadwala’s Production House Buys Two Luxury Apartments Worth THIS Whopping Amount: Report

Bollywood filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala’s production house, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., has made a big real estate purchase. As per a report, the production house has purchased two high-end

apartments in a posh area of Mumbai, which are together valued at ₹36.57 crore, as per property registration documents obtained by real estate platform Square Yards.

The apartments are located in one of Mumbai’s most elite and posh areas, Prabhadevi, which is known for its premium and grand residential towers. The connectivity from the area to major business hubs, hospitals, and educational institutes is also quite convenient.

As per the data surfaced, the first purchase was made in Hubtown Twenty Five South North, a luxury residential project in South Mumbai. The apartment is spread over a carpet area of 222.13 sq. m. with an additional 19.40 sq. m. space. The transaction included a stamp duty of ₹1.11 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000. Meanwhile, the second purchase was done for ₹18 crore in the same building. The second apartment comes with a smaller carpet area of 221.30 sq. m. along with 12.86 sq. m. of additional space.

Both apartments have two car parking slots each. For the second apartment’s purchase, the transaction involved a stamp duty of ₹1.08 crore along with registration fees of ₹30,000.

Nadiadwala’s upcoming and latest projects

In 2025, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment has been keeping audiences entertained with a diverse slate of films spanning multiple genres. Their recently released theatrical film was Baaghi 4, an action-packed thriller directed by A. Harsha, featuringTiger Shroff, Sanjay Dutt, Sonam Bajwa, and Harnaaz Sandhu.

The production house also brought back its popular comedy series with Housefull 5, directed by Tarun Mansukhani and starring Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, and Riteish Deshmukh. Adding to their action repertoire, they produced Salman Khan’s Sikandar, an intense drama directed by A.R. Murugadoss and co-starring Rashmika Mandanna.

Next up on their slate is O’Romeo, an action-drama helmed by Vishal Bhardwaj. The film stars Shahid Kapoor, Triptii Dimri, and Nana Patekar, and is slated for a Valentine’s Day release next year. A high-voltage clash was likely to happen at the box office in December this year. With major competition from Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar and Prabhas’s much-anticipated film Raja Saab eyeing a December release, there had been multiple reports claiming that the makers of the Shahid Kapoor starrer, now titled O Romeo, had no plans of shifting its release.
