The Ba**ds Of Bollywood is Aryan Khan’s first directorial project, produced under Shah Rukh Khan’s banner Red Chillies Entertainment. The series promises to take audiences “on an adventurous ride into the world of Indian cinema,” Netflix shared.
At the heart of the story is Aasmaan Singh, played by Lakshya, an ambitious newcomer with larger-than-life dreams of making it in Bollywood. Along with his friends, Aasmaan attempts to navigate the glitzy yet unpredictable world of films.
According to Netflix, as Aasmaan “steps into the world of glitter and grit,” he realizes “dreams come at a price, especially when ambition and ego collide.” The show explores both sides of the industry — the privileges enjoyed by insiders and the challenges faced by outsiders who must fight harder to find their place.
The Ba**ds Of Bollywood Release Date
All seven episodes of The Ba**ds Of Bollywood will premiere exclusively on Netflix on Thursday, September 18. As per tradition, the series will drop at 3 a.m. ET/midnight PT, making it available for global streaming audiences.
