All About ISPL Season 3

ISPL Season 3 officially began on Friday at Surat’s Lalbhai Contractor Stadium. According to the league’s release, the tournament will run from January 9 to February 6 and feature 44 high-energy tennis-ball T10 matches across eight franchises. The season opener saw Majhi Mumbai face Srinagar Ke Veer.

The teams include defending champions Majhi Mumbai (co-owned by Amitabh Bachchan), Tiigers of Kolkata (Sourav Ganguly, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor), Srinagar Ke Veer (Akshay Kumar), Chennai Singams (Suriya), Bengaluru Strikers (Hrithik Roshan), Falcon Risers Hyderabad (Ram Charan), along with new entrants Delhi Superheros (Salman Khan) and Ahmedabad Lions (Ajay Devgn).

On the work front, Ram Charan will next be seen in Peddi, while Akshay Kumar has Bhooth Bangla, Welcome to the Jungle, Pheri 3 and Haiwaan lined up. Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in Vettaiyan.
