M&M to hike prices of SUVs, CV range from July 10

Delhi, Jul 8 (PTI) Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd on Wednesday said it will hike prices of its SUVs and commercial vehicle range by 2.7 per cent and 2 per cent, respectively, on an average from July 10, to offset the increase in commodity costs.

“This price increase is attributed mainly to commodity cost escalations,” Mahindra & Mahindra said in a statement.

The extent of the price increase will vary across specific products, it added.

M&M’s SUV portfolio consists of the popular Scorpio range, Thar, XUV 3XO and XUV 7XO, among others, which are priced between Rs 7.54 lakh and Rs 25.07 lakh (ex-showroom). PTI RKL HVA
