Dressed in a stunning red floral Anarkali suit, Sonakshi exuded elegance. However, her appearance soon sparked pregnancy rumours after eagle-eyed fans noticed her covering her belly with her dupatta and hand while posing on the red carpet.

Zaheer complemented her in a classic navy-blue bandhgala paired with white pants. The couple posed together for the paparazzi before heading inside the venue.

Several users on social media began speculating about Sonakshi’s pregnancy. One fan commented, “Oh, she is pregnant,” while another said, “She’s looking pregnant.” A third wrote, “I think she is pregnant.”

This is not the first time Sonakshi has faced similar speculation. Earlier this year, the actress shut down such rumours with her trademark humour. She said she had “simply gained weight” after marriage and playfully blamed her husband for “over-feeding” her, even sharing a screenshot of a funny WhatsApp exchange with Zaheer.

‘We Were Two People In Love’
Sonakshi and Zaheer tied the knot on June 23, 2024, under the Special Marriage Act. Their intimate civil ceremony was followed by a star-studded celebration.

Speaking about their interfaith marriage earlier this year, Sonakshi told Hauterrfly, “We were not looking at religion. We were two people in love who wanted to get married. He is not enforcing his religion on me, and I am not enforcing mine on him. We respect and celebrate each other’s cultures.”
