‘Victory Through Jointness’: Tri-Services Tableau Showcases Op Sindoor At Republic Day Parade 2026

Operation Sindoor, India’s large-scale military offensive targeting Pakistan-backed terror networks, was prominently showcased on the Tri-Services tableau at the Republic Day parade along Kartavya Path

on Sunday.

Titled “Victory Through Jointness,” the tableau highlighted the combined combat strength and seamless coordination of the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force, underscoring the armed forces’ ability to execute integrated operations across land, sea and air domains.

The display symbolised India’s resolve to respond decisively to security threats through synchronised planning and joint execution.

It depicted key elements of Operation Sindoor, including precision air strikes by the Indian Air Force, swift naval manoeuvres to establish maritime dominance, and coordinated ground offensives by the Army.

The tableau also reflected the transformation of India’s defence forces into a future-ready, technology-driven and mission-orientated fighting force capable of rapid response in complex conflict scenarios.

Operation Sindoor was launched in the early hours of May 7 last year, with Indian forces striking terror camps deep inside Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).

The operation was carried out in retaliation for a terror attack in Pahalgam that killed more than two dozen tourists.

The military action led to a four-day confrontation, during which Pakistan attempted missile strikes on Indian cities. These were intercepted and neutralised by India’s air defence systems.

Hostilities were halted on May 10 following a ceasefire after Pakistani military commanders sought an end to the conflict, citing mounting losses.
