Apurva Agnihotri To Play Dr Farid In Upcoming Television Show Seher Hone Ko Hai

Apurva Agnihotri is a popular name in the television industry. With memorable performances in shows like Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi, Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain, and Anupamaa, as well as films like Pardes and Pyaar Koi Khel Nahi, the actor has carved a strong niche for himself in the showbiz.

As per reports, Apurva is all set to return to our TV screens with Colors’ upcoming show Seher Hone Ko Hai. Agnihotri was last seen in popular TV serial, Anupamaa, alongside Rupali Ganguli, as Dr. Advait Khanna.

Apurva Agnihotri To Star In New Show Called Seher Hone Ko Hai

As per an exclusive report by IWM Buzz, Apurva Agnihotri will be seen in upcoming television show, Seher Hone Ko Hai, in a pivotal role. The drama is is an emotional tale of a mother and daughter relationship.

The story will unfold from the mother’s point of view, reported the media portal.

The show has been penned by Richa Yamini who will also foray into production with this show, and her banner, Icecream Dreams will join hands with Aarambh Entertainment for bankrolling the show.

According to a source, Apurva will play a character named Dr. Farid, and his character is an important part of the plot. Talking about the show, Agnihotri confirmed to the media portal that his character in the show will be of  an “extremely dignified” doctor.

Along with Apurva, Mahhi Vij, known for serials like Laagi Tujhse Lagan and Laal Ishq, will be back on television after nine long years. Parth Samthaan will be seen as a protagonist of the show and Rishita Kothari, a newcomer, will play Mahhi Vij’s daughter in the show.

Apurva Agnihotri married actress Shilpa Saklani on June 29, 2004, in Dehradun. Interestingly, popular television actress Rakshanda Khan played cupid for the couple. The couple  welcomed a daughter 18 years after their marriage and named her Ishaani Kanu Agnihotri.
