Ben Stokes’ men put the off-field drama behind them to secure a thrilling four-wicket victory in the fourth Test of the ongoing Ashes on Saturday. Australia still lead the five-match series 3-1 and have secured the urn, but the win couldn’t have come at a better time for a team that has been severely criticised for its approach to red-ball cricket and off-field antics.
