The gazette notification for the BMC Ward No. 182 (G/North) was issued on December 15, 2025 (Monday), the last date of scrutiny of nominations was December 31, 2025 (Wednesday) and the last date of withdrawal of nominations was January 2, 2026 (Friday). Khillnani High School and Jr. College; thence westwards along the northside of Lady Jamshedji Cross Road No.1 upto its junction with Sonawala Agiary Lane; thence southwards along the westside of Sonawala Agiary Lane upto its junction with Lady Jamshedji Cross Road No.2; thence westwards along the northside of Lady Jamshedji Cross Road No.2 upto its junction with Lady Jamshedji Cross Road No.2 across Lady Jamshedji Marg; thence westwards along the northside of Lady Jamshedji Cross Road No.2 upto its junction with Swatantraveer Savarkar Marg; thence southwards along the westside of Swatantraveer Savarkar Marg upto its junction with ‘A’ lane leading to Mahim Sea-Shore at Makrand Society; thence northwards along the northside and eastside of the said Lane upto the junction with Sea-Shore including Makrand Society; thence northwards along the Sea-shore upto its junction with northern Limits of Mumbai City; thence eastwards along the northern Limits of Mumbai City upto its junction with Western Railway Lines at Mahim Creek ……the starting point. PREVIOUS BMC ELECTION RESULT
The last Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections were held on February 21, 2017, in which Shiv Sena was the single largest party with 84 seats, while the Bharatiya Janata Party won 82 seats. Indian National Congress secured 31 seats, Nationalist Congress Party won nine, and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena won seven seats. Other parties included Samajwadi Party, which won six seats; the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen won two seats and the Akhil Bhartiya Sena won a single seat. Five Independent candidates also won seats in the election.
