Delhi's Chhatarpur fire doused, no one injured

Delhi, Jun 14 (PTI) A fire broke out in the basement of a closed ground-plus-four-storey hotel building in the Chhatarpur area on Sunday evening, a Delhi Fire Service official said.

The official said the blaze was reported around 6:11 pm at a building in Dr Ambedkar Colony in South Delhi; multiple fire tenders rushed to the spot and doused the fire by 6:40 pm.

The official said the fire was confined to the basement where mattresses were stored.
