New Delhi, Nov 4 (PTI) GetWork has crossed USD 5 million (about Rs 50 crore) in annual recurring revenue (ARR), marking a 67 per cent growth since March, driven by growing contribution from its AI-powered hiring products.
Gurugram-based GetWork is an AI-powered hiring and career platform.
AI products contribute 52 per cent of the company’s revenue, up from 10 per cent just over two years ago, while its revenue has grown 217 per cent.
More than 400 employers are using GetWork’s AI hiring products, according to a company statement.
The company has also shifted its artificial intelligence (AI) business into Flashfox AI to operate as a standalone business, which will focus on developing AI hiring platforms and products for employers in India and overseas
markets.
“AI now drives more than half of GetWork’s revenue, which tells us employers are ready for this. Running Flashfox AI as its own business lets us build faster for them, in India and in new markets,” said Rahul Veerwal, founder and CEO of GetWork and Flashfox AI.
GetWork has also appointed Tarun Girdhar as Chief Business Officer to lead enterprise growth and international expansion.
Earlier, Japan’s Persol Holdings invested in the company as a strategic investor, while existing investors Artha Venture Fund I and Artha Continuum Fund also participated in the investment round.
The company said the capital will be used to scale Flashfox AI in India and international markets, strengthen its technology and product stack, and accelerate business development and marketing. PTI HG BAL
