The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Saturday acknowledged that a technical issue reported by its examination partner, TCS, affected the start of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2026 at certain centres on May 30.

Under the revised arrangements, candidates scheduled for the afternoon session will be allowed to enter examination centres from 2:30 pm, with the test now set to begin at 4 pm instead of the earlier scheduled time of 3 pm.
