Jeena Dil Se Movie Review: Jeena Dil Se feels like the kind of film that does not try too hard to be complicated. It embraces its colourful, loud, feel-good energy and sticks to what it promises – entertainment. Directed by Adhish Rana, the movie keeps things light, youthful and easy to enjoy, making it the sort of family-friendly entertainer you can simply sit back and have fun with.

What works surprisingly well is the ensemble cast. With around 15 major characters woven into the story, the film could easily have turned messy, but the screenplay keeps things moving smoothly. Almost every character gets a moment to shine, whether through comedy, emotional scenes or dramatic twists, and that helps the film maintain its energy throughout.

Despite

featuring relatively fresh faces, the cast delivers performances that feel sincere and easy to connect with. Lakshya Handa brings confidence to his role while also handling the emotional moments with restraint. Kunal Chhabra adds much of the film’s lighter energy, with his comic timing working naturally in several scenes without feeling overdone. Ruma Sharma stands out particularly in the emotional portions, bringing warmth and sensitivity to her character.

What also works in the film’s favour is the chemistry between the characters. Whether in scenes of friendship, romance or group interactions, the performances feel comfortable and believable, which helps the relationships on screen come across organically.

At the same time, the film does stay within a fairly familiar space narratively. Parts of the screenplay feel predictable and the storytelling occasionally maintains the same emotional tone for a little too long.

The film also scores well visually. The bright frames, lively settings and colourful presentation match the upbeat tone perfectly. The humour feels simple and relatable instead of forced, which makes many of the funny moments land naturally. At the same time, the emotional portions add enough heart to stop the film from becoming just another loud comedy.

One of the biggest strengths of the movie is definitely its music. The six-song album adds a lot to the overall experience, with tracks covering romance, celebration, friendship and emotional moments. The songs blend naturally into the narrative and keep the youthful vibe alive from beginning to end.

The romantic soul of the album is “Saaton Janam,” beautifully sung by Armaan Malik and another melodious version by Shreya Ghoshal. The song captures timeless love, soft emotions, and heartfelt chemistry, giving classic Bollywood romance vibes with a modern musical touch. For pure madness and youth energy, “Akkad Bakkad” sung by Nakash Aziz becomes the film’s ultimate party anthem. Packed with funky beats, rap portions, and comic flavour, the song perfectly matches the fun-filled spirit of the movie.

Overall, Jeena Dil Se is an easy, enjoyable watch that mixes comedy, romance, emotions and music into a cheerful package. It may not aim to reinvent the genre, but it succeeds in delivering a fun, feel-good experience that works well for audiences looking for pure entertainment.
