announcing the arrival of their newborn son. Soon after, congratulatory messages flooded social media. Now, filmmaker Karan Johar has congratulated the new parents, calling this the ‘best news’. He also welcomed them to the world of parenting.

On Saturday, Karan Johar took to his Instagram stories to share a picture of Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif. Congratulating them on the arrival of their baby boy, KJo wrote, “Congratulations to this absolutely lovely and warm couple and this is the best news!!!! Yesterday, Kiara Advani, Sidharth Malhotra, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Parineeti Chopra and many other celebrities congratulated Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif. Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal Announce Their Baby Boy’s Arrival

On November 7, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif shared a joint announcement post on Instagram that read, “Our bundle of joy has arrived. With immense love and gratitude, we welcome our baby boy. 7th November 2025. Katrina & Vicky.”

The couple tied the knot on December 9, 2021, in a traditional Hindu ceremony at Six Senses Resort, Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. In September 2025, they officially announced that they are expecting their first child together.

Meanwhile, Vicky Kaushal’s father Sham Kaushal also took to social media to express his gratitude, calling the newborn “a blessing from God.” He wrote, “Shukariya Rab Da…Kal se Bhagwan ka mere parivar pe etna meherban rehne ke liye jitna bhi shukar kar raha hun, unki blessings ke samne kam pad raha hai.” He added, “God is and has been so kind. Bhagwan ki meherbani aise hi mere bachon pe aur sabse junior Kaushal pe bani rahe. Hum sab bahut khush hain aur bahut blessed hain.” He concluded his post with, “So So happy on becoming Dada.
